Car buyer says dealership rolled unwanted warranties into sale
SAN ANTONIO (KABB) — Buying or leasing a car can be one of the most stressful experiences for consumers worried about deceptive practices at the dealership.
One KABB viewer said thousands of dollars intended for his down payment were used to pay for warranties he didn't ask for.
After getting nowhere with the dealership, he reached out to KABB.

Delgrosso's Amusement Park in Blair County Reopens Rides for First Time Since 2019
TIPTON/BLAIR COUNTY, Pa — Delgrosso’s Park in Blair County had been closed since the pandemic began. However the amusement park ended its hiatus this morning, reopening its rides for the first time since 2019.
The amusement park in Tipton hadn’t opened its rides for two full years on account of the pandemic.
Now that things are trending in the right direction, park officials felt it was safe to bring back the fun in the sun.

Replica of local ace's P-40 Warhawk moved to front of main terminal at Johnstown airport
JOHNSTOWN - A replica of a World War II fighter that was piloted by local ace, Lt. Col Boyd "Buzz" Wagner, was moved from a nearby hangar to the front of the main terminal Friday at the John Murtha Johnstown-Cambria County Airport.
Wagner is a native of Emeigh, Cambria County.
The replica plane, purchased through a fundraising campaign of more than two years, is a Curtiss P-40 Warhawk, which Wagner flew in World War II as a member of the Army Air Corps.
Saxton man accused of sending nude photos, videos to teen via Snapchat
Huntingdon Co., PA (WJAC) — State police in Huntingdon County say a Saxton man is behind bars, accused of sending nude photos and videos to a 15-year-old girl via social media.
Troopers say the investigation into 25-year-old Elvin Donelson began in May when police received a report of a teen who was receiving sexually explicit messages through Snapchat.
Police say, at the time, authorities did not know the identity of the individual who was sending the messages until the victim received a Facebook friend request from the same individual.
Body found in gunman's home after attempt to shoot Pennsylvania pastor in church: police
ALLEGHENY COUNTY, Pa. (TND) — A church in Pennsylvania was shaken Sunday when a man allegedly pulled a gun on the pastor during a sermon and attempted to shoot him, according to authorities. The incident happened shortly after 1 p.m. at Jesus Dwelling Place Church in North Braddock, according to Pennsylvania State Police. Police identified Bernard Junior Polite, 26, as the suspected shooter who entered the church and attempted to shoot Pastor Glenn Germany as he was delivering his sermon during a live stream.

The Game Commission on Wednesday launched the latest installment of its Eagle Cam.
The camera allows viewers worldwide access to live video and audio captured at a bald eagle nest in Hanover, Pa. and streamed in real time via the internet.
Game Commission Executive Director R. Matthew Hough said the uncertain future of the eagles that will be spending time in front of the camera is part of the reason it’s attracted so many viewers.

Penn State releases 2024 football schedule; will open season against West Virginia
University Park, PA (WJAC) — Penn State has released its 2024 football schedule, which includes several new opponents as a result of the expansion of the Big Ten Conference.
For the second year in a row, the Nittany Lions will begin their season with a renewal of an old rivalry as Penn State will travel to West Virginia to take on the Mountaineers.
Penn State will also welcome newcomers UCLA and Washington to Happy Valley.
